Background History: Had All on 6 upper arch only Nov 2023Cost: £17,500 (no finance taken) with sedation.Surgery day went great, had teeth on the dayFusion took out my permanents and made adjustments behind the front teeth that released the movement of my tongue and took some material off the back tooth. I had to go back a few more times and decided to give it a longer length of time to see how I go.Fast forward, I reached out again after quite some time as the left side tongue scraping and had some side cheek ulceration became too much to bear and I reached out.Had an appointment very swiftly however it wasn't a great experience and I didn't agree with the diagnosis of 'Geographic Tongue'Then I started seeing a little light appeared in the form of 'Dev' very nice Dentist who has been fantastic going through this.We have reduced some height and width of the left side and even more work on the front. I believe we are so close to getting the right combination on that left side.So, my permanent bridge has been removed and my 1st reject temps (with the overbite) because my last temps are broken. These were placed in with the back teeth cut off and two back implants covered over with healing caps to allow my tongue to heal.First couple weeks were challenging as my left side hadn't healed and the caps were causing me major discomfort. I eventually got over that when my left side of my tongue started healing. I suspected myself I may have had oral thrush but never diagnosed, ill fitting denture can cause oral thrush but was unconfirmed, just suspected.I had to go back a number of times after this because the Silicone hole plugs kept dropping out. Eventually Dev stuck in a more permanent material and up to now had no issues since. In hindsight if that was done from the start I think a lot of the visits could have been avoided however nobody can see into the future.Next steps:So, I'm currently wearing my 1st Temp (with overbite,) with missing left back teeth and my tongue has healed so much and feels fine now. This is why I struggle with the Geographic Tongue diagnosis because after the permanent was removed after some time my tongue came good. Also Geographic Tongue is usually all over tongue which I never had. Only the left side has been an issue, my right side and middle has always been fine.So, waiting for the confirmed next steps, I have asked them to consult with me before making any further adjustments to the bridge left side.I have to say though Fusion have shown commitment to try and get me to a satisfactory outcome and have always got me in quickly to be seen if needed.This may surprise you, but I would may still recommend Fusion due to how hard they've been trying and how nice front of house are and Dev of course. Great premises, its just the outcome I wasn't satisfied with. I'm likely just unfortunate and might be the only one with these issues who knows.So I'm increasing the star count for now to 3 and hopefully can add good news to this review and increase further or just remove.Don't let this review put you off treatment, I'm likely the exception rather than the rule.

Excellent dental team, all very well coordinated, had a surgery experience in removing teeth and placing implants on same day. All done with conscious sedation, highly recommend, as felt slightly out of it, while being consciously aware of everything going on, but totally relaxed. If they sold that stuff in the chemist I’d buy it… also had pain relief of course. Whole procedure was painless, and strangely not unpleasant. Totally trusted them. New temp teeth were spot on as they had to match my real lower teeth. Recovery was good, everything painless except one particular implant but managed with ibuprofen. Had lots of itchiness in that implant for months after but seems more settled now. Final new teeth look lovely, I can smile now with confidence and without embarrassment. My old teeth were awful, I am 63, but have kept all my lower teeth and they kind of give my mouth a more natural look. I really didn’t want that awful blinding white Turkey teeth look, I wanted them to look more natural especially given my age. I would highly recommend going for it if you are thinking about it, the dental team inc everyone, reception staff makeyou feel really cared for and respond to queries or worries kindly.

Waking Nightmare That Never Ends‐-‐‐----------------------------------------------------Well I write this with a heavy heart. All on 6 top bridge that's been a total nightmare. It's never been the right fit since I had the refinement temps placed in and was then pushed to permanent when the temps weren't even correct. The right side is perfect (now) but the left side teeth are too low, to sharp and too thick (especially the very back molar).I have been back and forth this place so much for issues I feel like I'm going to get invited to the Christmas party. I've got to the point now where I have to see another Dentist to get a report done and come up with a plan for a resolution. #save mytongue#. Really been getting me down since the start and so wish I didn't reach out to them, would give anything for a Time Machine.I could write an essay on my past experiences with Fusion but I'm just just so tired.Lately, I've haf to use a spacer between my teeth to allow my tongue to heal and manoeuvre. If I forget my tongue pays the price and gets torn to bits.When booked in to try and get this issue sorted its always a couple minutes in the chair. Little adjustment here and there and out the door (always feels like a little improvement). Each time the issue comes back. The elephant in the room is the arch just doest fit. It's like a size 10 foot, imagine the shoe being a size 10 on the right and a size 8 on the left.Today 26th Sept took the biscuit, I was pointing a few areas of concern (there are many) and he adjusted some but was in a rush as had other patients waiting (only on the chair for 3-4mins. After grinding down the bridge its like sandpaper. I asked him to polish and buff the areas grinded and he said he couldn't as i have to see one of the restorative dentists for that. He then left the room in a hurry with me sat in chair with the nurse. So there I am in the chair with a sandpaper bridge on the front and back tooth (and the back tooth is still cutting me) so I'm worse off now before i went in. My tongue issues were classed as me having 'a sensitive tongue'. Fusion hasn't done any scans on the bridge and dug in deep to find out what is going on at all. So if my tongue is sensitive on the the left why is my right side ok? Also have a ulcer on my left cheek due to the sharp ridge tooth rubbing against my cheekEverything just seems like, 'get him in for a quick 5 minutes in between patients'. All in want is my bridge to not cheese grate the left side of my tongue.So, I have to take the leap with another practise, pay more money to start the journey to get this put right. I will however keep every receipt and invoice for obvious reasons.Please don't be fooled with the nice the place and quality of front of house. Its the clinicians that are very poor in resolving issues. Sometimes wish I took the chance Turkey if im honest at least you know where you stand there.Please see pictures attached, I will update this review with the findings from the other Dentist who I choose to give the 2nd opinion.Be careful, do your research before picking the right clinician. Please don't make the same mistake I did.***UPDATE: Appointment booked with leading different Dentist on 5th Nov for the 2nd opinion and it will be a 2 hour full clinical assessment. Report on findings and plan will be passed on.This is something Fusion should have done from start of my complaint and it takes another Dentist to get to the bottom of it.

Not a lover of dentists like most people but from the first contact with Katy I felt at ease. The first consultation with Mike Fuse was very informative, easy to understand and I put my full confidence in him. I did need surgery which Guy preformed and not once did I feel uncomfortable or panicky. They followed up with additional appointments to make sure I was healing properly. I felt at all steps that I was being looked after and having the best treatment. Katy is always on hand for any questions, always replied promptly.I am so pleased and relieved that I found Fusion and can’t recommend them enough.

🌟 So far I'm massively impressed by this 'family'-like team and the care and dedication they extend.I'm due to have Zygomatic teeth fitted soon, top and bottom jaws, as a result of 13-14 teeth being lost to natural dna gum recession over several years.I felt privileged to meet Mr. Mike Fuse, joint runner of the practice along with Dr. Guy McLellan, the man that often performs the physical surgery, whom I'm yet to be aquainted....good vibes eminate from him though, my feeling as a trainee clairvoyant-medium myself 😊Mike performed the initial 3D.scans over an hour for me and the whole team made me feel very easy in this beautiful capital Welsh City, I believe and understand is the greenest in the UK itself 👍From Experts to Dental Nurses, to Care co-ordinator to receptionists, and even those involved in the business structure/discussion it was a delight and felt unrushed, catering to one's need.Guy and Mike feel total experts @ what they do and I'd like to thank also Katie, my effective care plan co-ordinator, seeing me thro all stages from the business side to feeling nurtured and guided.... A special mention also to Alina, who spent 1.5 hrs hours after 5pm, one Friday night over the phone, explaining what the process of Zygomatic treatment involved, when she could have gone home on time....this showed commitment, also very much an attribute of the team in general.The professionalism of this outfit is evident, no stone unturned and the patient's well-being an absolute prerogative, which is why it is a 7x yearly award winner for best practice.I'm actually looking forward to having my teeth given a complete make-over and as they say @ Fusion, giving back the customer their smile again....I only trust the process will go as well again as their impressive professional nature, and thanking them in advance for what I hope and feel will be a very successful process.All in all a superb crew, well worth their merit and please do consider them for your future now Dental Work 👍And remember when you smile, the world smiles with you 😊Thank you for all you do Fusion 🌟.....Charlie Linton ⚪🕉😊🔥🌍

Last year (2024) I realised it was necessary to replace my teeth. I knew from experience of having one removable denture which I couldn’t bear in my mouth, that dentures weren’t an option, so I was quite apprehensive when I started researching implants.I already knew of Dr. Guy and Mike at Fusion who had fixed an issue with a young, family member’s front teeth in 2018 and in doing such a wonderful job, transformed not just a smile but a life and a future for them.When it came to my predicament, after considering all options and, with Katy’s unwavering patience and dedication, I decided that home- grown, professionalism and safety were the primary factors for letting anyone near my skull to remove my teeth.Dr. Guy McLellan was nothing short of extraordinary. His gentleness and expertise were very reassuring. Mike Fuse has been amazing at overseeing the process and I have at all times felt comfortable and informed. The procedure has been pain-free, stress-free and efficient. The final results are the best teeth I've had – ever!The non-judgemental, warmth and friendliness of the team at Fusion was a big factor and has been consistent. I cannot recommend the clinic highly enough, The hygienist, Jamie, ha also played a crucial role in my care with meticulous attention to detail ensuring every aspect of my oral hygiene was addressed before and after the surgery.Mar and the surgical assistants have also been absolutely brilliant throughout, and the technical staff at Fusion also deserve high praise. The combination of the incredible Dr.Guy’s exceptional surgical skills, along with Mike and the team around them have truly transformed my smile and my confidence! Really bad company do not go with them! Only interested in making as much money as possible and will tell you to take out teeth with large fillings that could last a lifetime. When I opted for only one implant they ignored my messages. Also was told elsewhere I would need a sinus lift where as they did not mention that. Was an in depth consult but just seems like they’re all about the money I was hounded by two people after my consult to discuss fees it was unprofessional.

I want to give a huge thanks to everyone at Fusion Dentistry for such excellent care and a truly amazing result!I recently had full-arch dental implants on my upper and lower jaw with Fusion. The whole process, from my initial consultation through to my final teeth has been excellent. The entire team are friendly and I felt extremely well informed.The procedure itself was far less painful than I expected, and I felt relaxed and well cared for throughout. It was incredible that they were able to do the extractions, implants and give me a great set of temporary teeth in one day.After a few months of healing and regular reviews, I had my final set of teeth fitted, and I am very happy with the result. I have no dental pain for the first time in years, I am able to eat with confidence and my teeth look great. I'm really pleased with how natural my smile looks, and feel like Fusion really considered that and made sure I was happy with how things looked and felt throughout the process.While it is a big financial commitment, I am so pleased I was able to get treatment with Fusion, as it really has been life-changing.

A fantastic service from all of the team at Fusion from start to finish. The initial tooth extraction and implant (screw in jaw) fitting was virtually painless. I spent the afternoon after the procedure dreading the anaesthetic wearing off and waiting for the pain to kick in but it just never materialised! The healing process went smoothly for me and I had my final crown fitted a couple of weeks ago; after a few days of settling in it felt like it had always been there & it now feels as strong / comfortable as any of my original teeth. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fusion to any of my friends/ family & if I ever need another implant in the future I'll be straight back!

I can only highly recommend everyone at fusion, from the initial phone call, to the end result, my experience has been fantastic, I arrived with no teeth at all, and I was a tricky case, being on blood thinners, but the implants are perfect, I can eat everything, and I don't even feel my new teeth, it's like they have always been there . Highly recommend Fusion Dentistry, having recently had "same day teeth" procedure, with the treatment plan now completed. I was quite apprehensive in going for the treatment in the first place, but I must say, looking back, the procedure was managed to perfection by the Team at Fusion, and to be honest very little or no pain. The end result gives you back your confidence in life, in meeting people, smiling and looks. My grand kids always said, "why doesn't Bamps smile in any photos" and now that has changed.Fusion Dentistry are very professional in all aspects of the Service provided, from initial enquiry, very welcoming at reception, looked after my wife when I was in the treatment room, excellent communication throughout, and a perfect end result.

Thought about this review a lot before writing up and each time it comes down to the end result.Upper all on 6 in my case.The girls front of house, brilliant 5 starsGuy Mcellan who did my on the day surgery, brilliant.Facalities, fantastic, clean and modernWhere it kind of went downhillIt's when I moved into the refinement stage where they do the impressions to get a better fit temporary bridge with a view to go permanent from these if all is good.My first refined temp bridge was so far off the mark the front teeth had a large over bite and I was cheek biting and also biting on my tongue in the front due to over bite. I thought I had somebody else's teeth and there was a mix up. The front teeth were pushing my front top lip right out. Even friends noticed it.They tried addressing my concerns by doing another bridge bringing the front teeth closer to my bottom teeth and also making the one side wider however I was still side cheek biting. So they grinded and smoothed and it was a little better. I still had an overlap on the couple of front teeth which I highlighted on the scan bridge appointment and was told these adjustments could be made when doing the finals. However the adjustments wasn't the shape of the front arch they just made the teeth thicker on a couple of teeth and very lumpy with what feels a deep crease at the back where my tongue can get pinched in. It felt a bit like the lab talent wasn't delivering who crafts the teeth, maybe lack of experience there.What I found odd is there wasn't any real consultation on shade. We spoke about it for a minute of two. I was expecting to see some sample shades but nothing much was really spoken about. I'm happy with my shade but if I didn't really press it I don't think I would have had the shade I wanted. I had to send in pictures of my teeth when I had veneers to help. Felt like a bit of a roulette of what I was going to end up with.Even with my finals they look great in the mirror however they don't function very well.1. Speech, I have an an annoying whistle with my sss and I was told on my review to basically live with it and let it happen which I tried and its difficult. Odd as I never had this with the temp the final was based on. In the front behind the front two teeth there seems to be what feels like a shelf of material that feels too thick and lumpy and the tip of my tongue is hitting it when I speak.2. Lump on the back tooth, again when highlighted in review told it was normal but this lump bump rakes the side of my tongueI didn't feel like I was taken seriously if I'm honest when addressing concerns and really had to push to get the ones that were resolved.I'd say the best feedback I could give is listen to the patients concerns when they have issues to raise and not brush them off as we are paying a fair bit for the procedure. I have signed up for the aftercare purely because how nice the staff is there but if I'm honest I wouldn't have my bottoms done there if I get to that point.

My dentist advised me that I would need a denture on my lower back jaw (both sides) as I only had one tooth left and that had become wobbly. I’ve always been extremely afraid of dentists, so this was very bad news, however, I knew I didn’t want dentures - I associated them with knitting grannies! So I decided to explore the possibility of implants. After looking at several companies offering this service, I decided Fusion fitted me best. Fusion looked very professional, welcoming & clean. I initially spoke with Abbie, who didn’t take long to convince me to ‘put on my big girl pants’ and book a consultation. That went well, I was introduced to Katie, my co-ordinator and Mike. Following X-rays and scans, I was advised that I’d be suitable. I wanted it done ‘yesterday’ as I was so anxious!! Anyway, a couple of weeks later, I was sat in reception awaiting the procedure to begin!! I needn’t of worried, Veronica, Craig & Guy put me at ease. I chose sedation. The next thing I knew, it was over!! Implants placed!! Next stage recovery. It was uncomfortable for a couple of weeks, but what was I to expect - my jaw had been drilled & filled!! Painkillers helped. Now a few months later, I have my permanent teeth and I couldn’t be happier. I’d encourage anyone thinking of having implants ‘to be brave’ and have it done. The procedure was absolutely painless.I’d like to offer special thanks to Marlene who always greeted me with a smile and words of support. Thank you Fusion.

If you are looking for perfection, then Fusion Dental are your people. A second to none service. Dr. Tim Mills my specialist, gave me back my smile and confidence. I had full top and bottom implants and well worth the cost involved. All the staff from friendly bubbly Marlene on Front of House to all the other staff that made me feel so welcome and at ease.

The Team at Fusion are very courteous and professional. From my initial appointment with Mike who assured me that the zygomatic all on 4 procedure could be carried out on me gave me the confidence and belief that this would be life changing for me. After years of wearing dentures and not being able to eat the foods I so wished I could, after having my all on 4's I am now able to eat with ease. I have regained my confidence and my wife is so grateful to the team at Fusion for giving me my quality of life back and couldn't wait to buy me a bagutte as that is what I was craving:) Thankyou Guy for your expertise in carrying out the operation and to Tim for my follow up appointments. Really bad customer service! They tried different ways to persuade me to change my appointment date after I booked the appointment date two weeks earlier and even paid full amount in advance . Because they fitted other customers into the same date as well. I refused it and finally got the worst ever private dental experience !

These guys are all fantastic! They are a fab team, friendly, caring, informative and fun. I had a horrible journey before i saw Fusion, they have changed my life, I am in a much better pain and worry free place now. If you are even just considering getting dental implants please go and see the team at Fusion. This is like no other dentist experience I've ever had .I could write lines and lines about how good this team is, but the best advice I can give is go and see them. I guarantee you will not regret it.

I have been with Fusion since February 2023 and I can honestly say that both the treatment and service I have received has been excellent. From my initial consultation where they listened, understood and supported me to find the best solution that was right for me, to the final fitting of my permanent upper and lower "All on 4 implants" This has been a life changing experience for me, I can now eat what I want pain free and smile with confidence. My new teeth are absolutely incredible and its all thanks to the Fusion Team. I would encourage anyone considering implants to visit Fusion and have an assessment, It is by far one of the best decisions I have ever made.

From my initial chats with Katy Hulse to the finishing touches by Tim and Coral I've been impressed by the high standards of care shown by the entire team at Fusion. They somehow combine professionalism with a friendly approach that works perfectly.I didn't meet everyone at Fusion but the primary one day dental work led by Guy, Craig and team went like clockwork, and so has each visit since. And I must mention Marlena and everyone on reception, always a cheerful welcome when you walk in the door.So I am pleased to recommend Fusion Dentistry, they are in my experience the go to place for Dental work, particularly implant surgery, in our part of the world.

From day one of being introduced to fusion and the staff it’s been absolutely terrific.Staff friendly technicians really know what they’re doing and put your mind at rest from the start.Operation day went like a dream excuse the pun as I had sedation.Follow/check up with great staff again. Always make you feel comfortable.Well done all would highly recommend.

Excellent clinic with awesome staff.My procedure was quite intimidating on paper but from the first visit there was an influx of confidence that helped going through the process.The procedure went really well, with one of the top clinicians in the country leading the surgery, doing some extra engineering that would make the results better and more durable as I like to thing I’m still young.The follow up was great, with plenty of appointments to make sure everything was going as planned and the team working hard and precisely to overcome some difficulties brought about by an overbite. In contrast with NHS where they offered to saw off some of my jawbone and then sticking it back together to compensate, Fusion found a way to achieve this without so much pains and sacrifices.I would encourage anyone who needs a procedure to at least visit the clinic and have their assessment, any fears or insecurities will vanish after that first visit and the staff will look after you for the years to come.I am myself very glad I put myself in their hands

There is only one question, "Is it worth it?"The simple answer is yes every penny. What price peace of mind...Fusion Dentistry are the smile makers. If this is a journey you are thinking of taking. Take it with Fusion. From the first appointment to the last and beyond they will guide you through the process. Everything about them is five star. Everybody is helpful and informative, nothing is to much trouble. For me the after care was very important. Happy to report it was fabulous.Highly recommended !!!

I am posting this review on behalf of my wife as she does not have a google account. Her opinion is that the team at Fusion are friendly and professional. They explained the treatment process, which included inserting 3 titanium rods into her jaw bone on which 3 new teeth were eventually bonded. The process took around 9 months and she was kept fully informed as to what would be done and when. She felt very comfortable with the work being done and that the surgeons operating were at the top of their profession. She unequivocally recommends Fusion to anyone contemplating using their services. Also, Fusion were highly recommended by her own private dental surgeon when the procedure required could not be delivered at his practice.

I have been with Fusion since November 2021 and can only say that the service and treatment I have received in that time has been absolutely superb. I received treatment for a full upper dental implant which was carried out in one day and the professionalism of staff, dental staff and Dr was second to none. The work carried out prior to the operation, during and after was brilliant. There were no complications at any time and today I have a perfect set of dental implants which has put a big smile back on my face. I would recommend Fusion to anybody and would go back at any time.
