Appointment Policy

Fusion Dentistry always aims to be as understanding and accommodating as possible when handling appointments that need to be moved, cancelled or in rare cases; completely missed without prior notice. 
This Appointment Policy is in place to help our team do their best in continuing to provide all patients with first class care and service. This policy also essentially helps our surgeons and their supporting team members to run their clinic days as efficiently as possible.

Due to the significant amount of valuable clinical time that is wasted when an appointment is not attended – which could otherwise have been allocated to treat other patients – Fusion Dentistry has policies in place pertaining to both CANCELLED and FAILED appointments.

We will happily help you with any questions and will do our best to support you if you need any assistance with your appointment(s).  


CANCELLED
 appointments: 
Please ensure you give us at least 24 hours notice if you do need to reschedule an appointment, failing to do so will result in a late cancellation fee. This will be charged at a rate of £50 per 15 minutes of missed appointment time. Please be reminded; if you are late for your appointment, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. 

 FAILED attendance of appointments:  Failure to attend your appointment will incur a charge – this will be charged at a rate of £50 per 15 minutes of missed appointment time. This charge will need to be settled before further appointments can be made.  

Please note: If appointments are repeatedly cancelled or failed at short notice, we may ask for further appointments to be paid for in advance, where the full cost of the time allocated is paid on booking. In these cases; the appointment fee would be charged whether or not you are able to attend.
