Due to continued growth and increasing demand within our private clinic, we are excited to introduce an additional Treatment Coordinator to our expanding team.
This role reflects the success of our patient-centred approach and our commitment to delivering an exceptional, seamless experience at every stage of treatment. We are seeking an outstanding individual to become the trusted guide for our patients — someone who blends compassion with confidence, builds genuine relationships, and ensures patients feel fully informed and supported throughout their journey with us.
You will play a pivotal role in converting enquiries into committed patients by clearly presenting treatment options, confidently discussing fees and finance solutions, and providing thoughtful follow-up that strengthens long-term relationships.
